Cancellation Policy

Dtailz services are based upon a service time for the service and not on a product. If you miss your appointment or cancel it close to your appointment time, we don’t adequate time to fill that time with another appointment. The following should help to clarify our cancellation policy.

Dtailz Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE BY TEXT OR CALL AND THE CANCELLATION MUST BE CONFIRMED BY DTAILZ AS RECEIVED.

  • If you cancel your appointment BEFORE 2 full business days, you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee. 
    • IE. Appointment is on Monday and you notify Dtailz on Wednesday or before.

 

  • If you cancel your appointment BEFORE 1 full business days, you WILL be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the standard rate or quote given for your service. 
    • IE. Appointment is on Monday and you notify Dtailz on Thursday.

 

  • If you cancel your appointment with LESS than 1 full business day or is you miss your appointment, you WILL be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the standard rate or quote given for your service. 
    • IE. Appointment is on Monday and you notify Dtailz on Friday or after or miss the appointment.

 

We strive to give the highest attention to the services we provide and that level of trust must be mutual. We respect your appointment time and you must also. We understand that emergencies arise, if you have an emergency that interferes with your appointment, please let us know so we can not only reschedule you, but so we can pray for your time of crisis.
